Randal Perkins Buys Mansion In Delray Beach For $21M

AshBritt’s Randal Perkins and 111 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach (Google Maps) The founder of AshBritt Environmental, a national disaster response and environmental services contractor, bought an oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach for $21.1 million. Records show Thomas and Michelle Marra, individually and as trustees of a land trust, sold the home at 1111 South Ocean Boulevard to 1111 Ocean LLC, a Delaware corporation managed by Randal Perkins. His entity borrowed $10.6 million from First Horizon Bank, records show. Perkins is the founder and chairman of Deerfield Beach-based AshBritt Environmental, which he founded in 1992. AshBritt has been a contractor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 20 years, including handling the largest single contract for debris cleanup ever, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, according to its website. The company is currently the corps of engineers’ prime contractor in 10 states.
