She leaves her current role at Canberra Convention Bureau as director of international bidding to become head of sales. Roberts-Salee holds over ten years of experience in the Australian tourism and business events industry, working at Business Events Cairns & Great Barrier Reef. For the past two years she has served as director of marketing and communications at Canberra Convention Bureau.
