A strong offensive push was not enough for the New Mexico State soccer team after losing to the University of Nevada Las Vegas Rebels 3-2. The Aggies started strong in the first half desperately seeking that first goal but could not get past the defense. Rebound after rebound, the Rebels gained their momentum after goalkeeper.
It was a packed crowd on Thursday night at the New Mexico State University Soccer Complex as the women’s soccer team kicked off its home opener falling to the Arizona State Sundevils 4-1. After a 5-0 loss at Texas Tech on Sunday, NM State was put to another test but struggled to keep up offensively. .
