SEREMBAN: The flood situation in Negri Sembilan has improved slightly with only 329 victims from 89 families still sheltering at five relief centres, says the Malaysian Civil Defence Force.
SEREMBAN: State water concessionaire Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan’s (Sains) head office in Seremban 2 near here will be closed until May 21 after several staff members were found to be Covid-19 positive.
Its public affairs head Norzita Ismail said the closure is to allow the authorities to screen the other employees as well as to carry out sanitisation work at the premises.
She said its office had been closed since Monday (May 17).
“We need to know if any of the other employees had come into close contact with those who tested positive.
“Also, the Fire and Rescue Services Department had disinfected the premises on Monday,” she said in a statement Tuesday (May 18).
