The report, which analysed data from the Swiss Labour Force Survey, found that temporary agency workers earn significantly more than direct employees on a limited contract and work less overtime, but are more likely to be financially compensated for it. “Temporary workers working conditions withstood comparison with those of hiring companies, and in some areas temporary workers are even significantly better off,” Swiss Staffing noted. “The staff leasing sector successfully combines flexibility with social security and offers flex workers a fair, secure framework.”
