Marshall’s mother, Barb Maske, is the current owner. Longtime owner Don Viaches, Marshall’s grandfather, died in 2017. The restaurant has moved to an all drive-through model since the start of the pandemic. Maske said the restaurant has had record sales days in the last year. “We are super thankful that we have a drive through to be able to keep things open,” Maske said.
