Two young men accused of murdering a 46-year-old farmer in Winterton will again stand before a magistrate on Thursday.

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala said: Last month, a team of dedicated Detectives from Winterton SAPS managed to make a breakthrough when they arrested two suspects. The first suspect Bongani Mkhwanazi (18) was arrested at Khethani area in Winterton. The second suspect Bokang Petrose Tsatsi (23) was arrested at Acaciaville in Ladysmith where he was hiding. He was found in possession of deceased’s binoculars and a speaker.
A 46-year-old farmer was found dead, bound in his wheelchair and with strangulation marks on his neck, at a Winterton farm in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday.
It would be up to Utah’s individual school districts to decide if they want to require their students and staff to wear masks under a new bill proposed Thursday.
