Class of 2023 Salutatorian Maria Santos, left, and Valedictorian James Vinciguerra Garden City High School has announced James Vinciguerra and Maria Santos as the Class of 2023 valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively. During his time at Garden City High School, James earned several academic accolades. James is the recipient of the New York State Senate Youth
