She was initially hit by the patrol car, then actually ran her over. That female officer jumped out of the car trying to help her as soon as she could, trying to comfort her. Im told she was actually in the area responding to an animal call and she just finished that call, and so she was just leaving the neighborhood when it happened. We actually talked to the neighbor who called police out to the scene for that animal call, and he says he just cant help but blame himself. Her. Said a prayer right away. I dont even know who it is.
