The Park City Appeal Panel on Tuesday night denied the appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of Matthew and Tatiana Prince’s proposal to build a new home overlooking Old Town, and sent back a decision allowing a corner of the property moved into a possible sensitive lands zone for further study.
The Park City Planning Department and attorneys for Matthew and Tatiana Prince declared that the appellants have erred at every turn in their case against the Planning Commission s approval of plans for a large home overlooking Old Town.
A three-member panel next week will consider the appeal by the closest neighbor to a home overlooking Old Town that the Park City Planning Commission approved in February.
The Planning Commission on Wednesday was supposed to ratify city staff’s edits to documents recording the commission’s narrow votes the previous week for Matthew and Tatiana Prince’s plans for a new home overlooking Old Town.
