No. 556659-9766, with registered office in Stockholm, are summoned to the annual general meeting on Thursday 27 May 2021.   In order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, the Board of Directors has decided that the annual general meeting will be conducted by advance voting only, without physical presence of shareholders, proxies and third parties.
