洪子仁在節目《蔡詩萍嗆新聞》上表示，近日瑞典研究指出，AZ混打莫德納的免疫反應，像是中和抗體與保護力效價，都比兩劑打AZ疫苗者高約10倍，但真實世界的保護力是否也是這樣，並不清楚。隨著國外越來越多關於疫苗混打的研究報告，台灣政府也開始委託大型醫院進行相關研究，估計2-3個月結果就會出來。
洪子仁表示，待國內研究混打AZ與莫德納疫苗的數據出來，他相信在安全性與副作用無虞的情況下，中央流行疫情指揮中心也會改變疫苗施打的策略。不過，目前國外較多的研究數據仍以AZ混打BNT為主，因此目前看起來較能混打的就是這兩款疫苗。
洪子仁指出，台灣僅購買505萬劑的莫德納疫苗，加上美國捐贈的200多萬劑，總共也才700多萬劑而已，因此接下來打疫苗仍以AZ為主，他認為聰明的人不會只堅持打莫德納，因為現在的狀況看來恐�
