it s this underground tunnel, and according to windsor police who we ve talked to on this show, they say this is all because of a bomb threat that was called in right around 12:30 local time. and so this tunnel has been evacuated. and this tunnel, there are 27 to 29,000 cars and trucks that use this artery each and every day. so this is a tremendous, tremendous deal. and we know that there are bomb teams in and around this tunnel, trying to find out if, in fact, this is, in fact, a bomb. i want to bring in lauren laughlin. she s with the coast guard public affairs. she joins me on the phone. and lauren, bring me up to speed, what do you know now as far as this bomb threat is concerned? as far as what s happening in the tunnel, i cannot speculate about. i know that the detroit bbp is taking care of that. as far as the coast guard s role in it, right now the coast guard has boats on the water that are deferring marine traffic to and from the areas of the tunnel for safety.
