Black Swan Living, led by Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, recently paid $5.35 million for the 29-unit Uptown Apartments complex at 1721 Third St. SW. Michael Busch sold the eight-year-old complex.

Warm temps seem to have thawed the Med City real estate market. Black Swan Living, led by Nick and Dr. Elaine Stageberg, recently paid $26.9 million for the Residence @ Discovery Square complex.
Dr. Elaine and Nick Stageberg's Black Swan Living housing firm has been growing dramatically in the last few years. In 2022, they more than doubled their rental units in Rochester and Byron with the expectation of ending the year with 970 local units under their ownership and management.
