The neighborhoods that has been greatly effected. Matt . Reporter reggie, the neighborhoods have been impacted. Just look at this. All of this debris that has been put out on the sidewalks and believe it or not, this is the second time that these residents have put the debris out on the sidewalks because they are filling up dumpsters here. You could see they are taking away the dumpsters. They filled up several of them. Residents feed like this is a neverending process but at least today they have some help. A busy day for San Jose City workers. Parking enforcement made sure curbs were clear of cars this morning. The city is taking care of it. They are doing this so they could clean the city. Reporter groups from several different city departments, including the conservative corp and Environmental Services met up to go into the recently flooded neighborhoods.
