Another 201 apartments and first-floor retail space are being proposed by the My Place Group for sites on the western edge of Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood. The projects would have entrances on Lorain Avenue between West 44th and West 52nd streets.
Ownership changes have occurred at both The Edison at Gordon Square and The Fourty-One apartments. My Place Group, led by Chad Kertesz, plans to convert The Fourty-One from a short-term rental operation to traditional tenancy.
