Suzuki Burgman Electric Scooter Spied Again

for the first time in India last year but looks like Suzuki is still fine-tuning the scooter as it was recently spied yet again. While there are no new changes to speak of, expect Suzuki to launch the electric scooter in late-2021 at a possible price of around Rs 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom). Going by the images of the test mule, the Suzuki Burgman Electric seems pretty much production-ready. It looks quite similar to the Suzuki Burgman Street in terms of design, which is not necessarily a bad thing as it helps in maintaining the familiarity factor. The Burgman Street is known to be a premium-looking scooter and it looks like Suzuki intends to go the same route for its first electric scooter in India, the Burgman Electric. The rather flashy white and blue colour scheme should help demarcating it from its fossil fuel-burning sibling.

2021 Suzuki Hayabusa First Lot Sold Out

Suzuki nailed the pricing of the 2021 Hayabusa. By slapping on a price tag of Rs 16.40 lakh (ex-showroom India), the new Busa was only Rs 2.65 lakh dearer than the previous gen model. The new Busa has gained a load of electronic rider aids that will not only make it more rider-friendly but also provide the much-needed sophistication that this icon was previously lacking in. With the EU5 and BS6 norms now in play, it wasn’t possible for the Busa’s 1,340cc engine to keep gushing out 197PS and 155Nm. Still, 190PS and 150Nm is not going to make the Busa terribly slow. In fact, Suzuki claims it has better rideability and can pull away faster from standstill. Given that it was the go-to motorcycle for drag racing enthusiasts, this one should be even more exciting.

2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Launch Today: Expected Launch Price, Power, Performance, Features, Details

Views : 1676 Will the new Busa s pricing be just as enticing as the previous gen model s? Get ready, boys and girls, the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa is all set to launch in the country today. It has built up a healthy reputation of being the ultimate sportbike, selling handsomely in India. While there were some folks who were disappointed with the latest iteration, it still retains the identity that made us head over heels for the ’Busa. While it might be a bit of a stretch for Suzuki to bring the new Hayabusa as a CKD product right from the start, it is likely that CKD production will begin by the end of the year. Hence for starters, the asking price might begin at Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom), around Rs 6 lakh dearer than the previous model. Hopefully, when it does arrive as a CKD product, the rates will go down.

2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Launched, Prices Start At Rs 16 40 Lakh

Currently, the Hayabusa is a lone warrior in the hypersport NA segment. It’s chief rival, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, is no longer on sale and the Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE has not made it to our shores yet. In terms of pure performance-oriented litre-class phenoms, you can avail of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, the BMW S 1000 RR or even the Ducati Panigale V4 (when the BS6 model goes on sale later in the year) for your trackday thrills. The Busa, though, is not meant for trackdays. It belongs to the open roads. What’s New? With the 2021 model, Suzuki has not reinvented the wheel with the Busa. Its silhouette remains fairly similar to the previous two generations. The design tweaks have made the Peregrine Falcon more purposeful and striking. It looks particularly fearsome in the orange/black shade and with the hump-shaped pillion seat cowl in place.
