She says she, mayor John Henderson and more than likely all town councillors, also received numerous e-mails from residents with questions or feedback.
Seguin also explains how they were able to put together the 2021 budget when many things are still up in the air due to COVID-19.
Seguin says they also aren’t expecting events until at least September, so salaries and other expenses associated with the concert hall were able to be re-allocated.
She adds that because of COVID-19, they’ve had to be even more careful about how and where they’re spending money.
