When a female driver disregarded a car washer’s declaration that she could not park in a particular spot because it was being held for someone else he launched a rock at her vehicle damaging it.
However, 22-year-old Romario Joshua Taylor, of 9th Avenue Belleville, St Michael claimed that he committed the act against Suzanne Archer because she hit him with her car after telling her about the park located in the area of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Martindales Road yesterday.
Those were the facts disclosed by Station Sergeant Crishna Graham which led not only to a stern reprimand from the Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes, but a 16-day remand at Dodds for Taylor.
