A teenage pedestrian was hospitalised with injuries after being struck down on the N2, opposite Gordon High School in Somerset West, on Tuesday 12 December.
A house fire which occurred during the early hours of Thursday morning (7 December) at Pinkster Park, a housing complex situated on the corner of the N2 highway and Mondeor Road, Helderberg Rural, claimed the life of a four-year-old boy, while his mom and grandfather were both hospitalised with injuries.
The high schooler who was hospitalised with injuries after being struck down by a vehicle on a busy arterial route in Somerset West on Thursday (24 August) has been discharged and is on the road to recovery.
