The mother of a missing Canadian Palestinian citizen journalist says the federal government is keeping her in the dark about what is being done to locate her son.
More than 350 Canadian citizens, permanent residents and their relatives have fled Gaza in the last two weeks, according to Global Affairs Canada. Ottawa says more than 350 others connected to Canada are still trying to get out. Among them is Suzan Harb. She and and her five children were able to get out of Gaza, but her husband stayed behind. She joins Piya Chattopadhyay to discuss her family's harrowing journey and what's next for them as they adjust to life outside a war zone.
