A tough competition is expected in this weekend’s Fiji Swimming’s long course championship to be held in Suva.
FS operations manager Trisa Dunn said last week’s performance had improved and they expected more improvements this weekend.
“Last weekend’s grand prix was the first competition for the majority of our swimmers for this 2021 calendar season,” Dunn said.
“We witnessed some outstanding performances by a number of swimmers and the times recorded were impressive, considering the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and the recent TC Ana and bad weather.
