GreenTechHQ is inviting companies from across the south east to visit its Enniscorthy offices for the inaugural Southeast Green Tech Cluster meet up on Wednesday, February 28. Designed to create an innovative network uniting both established and emerging green services alongside green tech specialists throughout Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Cork, the event is sponsored by Wexford Chamber of Commerce.
Enniscorthy Technology Park, was planted with 2500 native trees as part of ‘The 100 Million Trees Project’. The project which was launched in late 2022 in Co. Wexford is a national community-driven initiative developed by brothers, Richard and David Mulcahy. The project’s aim is to plant 100 million native Irish trees throughout the next decade to reverse the environmental damage caused by the reduction of forests worldwide.
The Wexford County Council Annual Environment Awards were held at the Ferrycarrig Hotel and proved to be a tremendous celebration of the environment and voluntary effort.
