February Top Producing Sales Agents announced at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty

March 12, 2021 Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of February. For the Rehoboth branch the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall agent was Nitan Soni.  For the Lewes branch the top listing agent and top selling agent was Julie Gritton.  The top overall agent was Sarah Russ. Nitan Soni has been licensed for five years. He is the team leader for the Nitan Soni Group. He is also a Delaware Real Estate Commission approved instructor and consistently gives back his time to mentor new real estate agents. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Nitan spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several schools throughout the region that include Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Wesley College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Del. State.

Delaware News Journal The tide is rising for home sales in Delaware, up nearly 50% in the second half of 2020, including a continuing wave in 2021 at the beaches where the most expensive home listed for sale is over $10 million. “It has been so, so busy. It’s amazing,” said Sandi Bisgood, a Realtor with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in Rehoboth Beach. “I have never started a year this strong in 22 years.” Some people’s home buying decisions have been influenced by changes due to the coronavirus, said Bisgood, an at-large director for the Delaware Association of Realtors and past president of the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
