Kirk Hopper Fine Art recently opened a hip new venue in the Dallas Design District, after years of being a fixture in Deep Ellum. Its debut show offered a retrospective of the work of Texas artist Roger Winter, and its new show, a dual exhibition showcasing the work of Charmaine Locke and James Surls, ups the ante. “Chaos and Mayhem” opens Jan. 15 and runs through April 3.
