Graduates ranging in age from 16 to 68 years old were celebrated Wednesday during Carroll Community College’s 29th commencement, the first in-person ceremony since 2019.
After representing Carroll County in the Maryland House of Delegates for nearly two decades, Del. Susan Krebs announced today that she has decided not to seek reelection for a sixth term in 2022.
