“Lizzie Borden, the filmmaker, is
not to be confused with the serial killer,” declares museum curator Jasmine Wahi, barely suppressing a laugh.

During what was the first in a series of digital events targeting the US foodservice market, attendees were given an insight into topics such as the UK’s high animal welfare standards, and how best to cook cuts of meat.
