Man charged in deadly DUI crash in Loveland sentenced to 16 years in prison

Judge Sarah Cure sentenced Dustin Kirby to eight years in the Department of Corrections for each vehicular homicide charge to be served consecutively as well as three years in prison for the vehicular assault charge to be served consecutively, resulting in a total 16 year sentence to be followed by three years of mandatory parole.
