Danone names replacement for A2 Milk-bound Edith Bailey July 13, 2021 10:08 Kathy Cavill has been announced as the replacement marketing director for Edith Bailey at Danone, effective immediately. Bailey will be joining the A2 Milk Company as chief marketing officer, with the role effective from later in 2021. Cavill has been at Danone for almost ten years, with her most recent role being sales director, while her prior roles cover the company’s paediatric portfolio and channel development. Prior to joining Danone, Caville spent 12 years with Johnson & Johnson where, upon leaving, she was marketing director in charge of the company’s $200 million baby and beauty franchise.
