There are no disarmament agencies in any of the states that possess Nuclear Weapons. When the arms control and Disarmament Agency was abolished in the mid1990s, the disarmament term even disappeared from business cards and the Organization Charts in the state department. Theres very little sign of Institutional Support for disarmament in the government. Is this a problem . Is this a barrier .
