Lafco had spent considerable amount of time on community broad band after the earth link debacle it spent money on very expensive moneys that proved to be very factual, presented ample project plans, a threephase plan to bring fiber to the premises but starting with just the hub, okay, and then so you go from a hub out to the neighborhoods and then into the homes.
