Pavel Gumennikov:
Tiger Martindaleâs Survival Expert is an emotional story about a 16-year-old girl called Wendy, who creates an imaginary wilderness survival competition in order to protect her blind little sister from the news of their fatherâs death. In the film, we will dig into the themes of losing a loved one, allowing other people into our lives and building a new family through the world of fantasy. Our characters will show how, through survival, it is possible to learn to live again.
Could you tell us something about your teamwork with writer Ross Knight and producer Sergei Serpuhov?
wins on this front you will see him in week one against the steelers. something steelers fans do not want to hear. should i draft him in my fantasy league. yes you should. my last question was my most important. thank you. coming up from so called deflategate to so called e-mail-gate. hours from now the state department expected to release the largest batch of e-mails from hillary clinton s private server yet. nbc s pete williams is on that. we ll have that on the other side of the break. also president obama becoming if first sitting president to visit the arctic of alaska. we ll take you there and tell you what the president has planned with survival expert bear grills. that is next. ouncer ] we know they re out there. you can t always see them. but it s our job to find them. the answers. the solutions. the innovations. all waiting to help us build something better. something more amazing. a safer, cleaner, brighter future.
retired u.s. coast guard and a survival expert. you sort of hold on to that sliver of hope. maybe not necessarily because of their younger ages but because of the fact that what the boat capsized sunday which means perhaps they haven t been in the water for all that long? yeah, well they are experienced as boaters and their age. once they get into the water, the ocean doesn t care about those things but i think there s still a reason to look. i know they left friday and we found their boat sunday. i don t know when the boat turned over. probably it turned over friday but did they hang on through sunday morning? i think the coast guard and they are taking those into consideration and extending the search time. you re right. the oh eggscean is not for giving. how warm would be water be off the coast of florida there? it depends on where they are.
doubt that he is. he is tired and exhausted. the law is on top of him. he is squeezing and running out of resources and options. shane hobel, they could have depended on each other and how much more difficult is it for sweat to survive when he is on his own? so much more difficult. you have at least you can be doing something that someone else is watching your back or go people can gather quit a bit of material in a brief account of time. now you re by yourself and it seems like the master mind is dead. he did not have it all within himself. i know that he is not a survival expert and thinking as much as possible just to evade the law. he has to eat and still has to have water and stop and go to the bathroom and he has to do the normal things that all of us have to do but at this point
it was the most frightening thing anyone could experience. reporter: officials count 53 shark attacks along u.s. coastlines last year. according to a survival expert, surviving a shark attack isn t as impossible as it may seem. to show us, he took me to an especially shark-ridden part of the bahamas. we re simulating a normal person getting dumped in shark infested waters. we have chain mail to protect us. don t try this at home. i just landed on one. they are just bumping us left and right. it s in the midst of this shark that my lesson begins let s try to stay back to back and link arms. now we ve got each other for protection. they re trashing because that s potential food. if they come in and if it
