Umar Khalid, who has been in jail since September 2020 in connection with his alleged role in the Delhi riots larger conspiracy case, today withdrew his bail plea from the Supreme Court, citing a change in circumstances.
This is the eleventh time that the hearing has been adjourned. Justices Bela M Trivedi and Pankaj Mithal listed the matter next on January 31 as the bench was slated to change after lunch to hear part-heard matters.
