The court started at 10 a.m. when the various representatives of the petitioner and the respondents introduced themselves. Mr Aseidu Nketiah re-presented the petitioner, John Dramani Mahama, Mrs Jean Mensa represented the first respondent, Electoral Commission (EC), while Mr Peter Mac Manu represented the second respondent, President Akufo-Addo.
