The court found former head of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Kniazev guilty of violating restrictions on gifts, ordered him to pay a fine of UAH 2,550 and confiscated a gift in the amount of UAH 906,600, the National Agency on the Corruption Prevention (NACP) has reported.
The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC) has ruled to extend the detention of former President of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Kniazev, who was exposed of corruption, by two months and reduce bail for him to UAH 27 million, according to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO).
The High Anti-Corruption Court has reduced the amount of bail from UAH 75 million to UAH 55 million as an alternative to the detention of ex-Chairman of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Kniazev convicted of bribery.
