Syracuse police issued this photo a suspect in the killing of Asim Musa Dec. 19, 2018, and they are asking for the public s help. They later arrested Stanley Sawyer as the alleged masked man and Troy Derby as the gunman.

Syracuse, NY Defense lawyer Randel Scharf barely had enough air to speak in court Monday as he struggled through a double mask. A week ago, he said that he fainted with a mask on while talking to a client.
“The situation isn’t getting any better, it’s getting worse,” Scharf told a Syracuse judge Monday, of his troubles doing anything with a mask on.
