Thank you for the opportunity to speak today about worldwide threats, specifically domestic terrorism and the threats posed by extremist groups. I am currently the chief of police in knoxville, tennessee, and i am on the board of directors for the International Association of police chiefs, and the midsize agencies division, which represents agencies with 50999 officers. This is the largest association of Law Enforcement leaders in order to 50 different countries.
