Some employees at Safe Passage in Northampton are claiming the domestic violence support center’s outward image isn’t lining up with how management is treating its staff internally.
Pointing to recent turnover among high-level staff as well as issues surrounding workplace safety, members of Safe Passage’s union say their demands regarding discipline and health policies are much needed but not being met by management.
