This weekend county executive reopened the park ordering deputies to remove the orange fencing. Border has been there ever since the unrest happened here where businesses were burned ti the ground. But after abele opened it sheriff david clark ordered the fence to be put back up, and the park to close at the emergency chrfew time he set weeks ago 6 oclock.
