RINGGOLD, Va. â Members of the Dan River community gathered at the middle schoolâs field on Saturday to celebrate the life and legacy of David Bullins, a longtime youth football coach and mentor.
The event celebrate d the life and career of Bullins, who ended his coaching career in 2020 and was diagnosed with brain cancer, while unveiling the sign and flag pole with an engraved base. Bullins and his family watched as several close friends, most those who coached with Bullins, spoke and attested to his character.
