The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors doesn't typically convene on the fifth Monday of a given month, but continued accusations of a conflict of interest within their ranks prompted the board to make an exception this week.
The irregular session came at the request of Dickinson County Attorney Steve Goodlow, who said his office has been trying to respond to numerous emails accusing Supervisor Tim Fairchild of bias when it comes to local wind turbine development.
