She never anticipated the COVID-19 pandemic which forced her to shut down six months later. She also wasn’t aware there was a lawsuit for $30 million filed against Toll Brothers, Inc., the developers, by Starr Capital Partners, LLC, former property owners in September 2017 over the retail portion of the property.
