Beatrice Ann Herman

Beatrice Ann “Bea” Herman, 89, of Duluth passed from this world on April 18, 2022 with her family by her side. Bea was born May 19, 1932 in Superior WI to Alex and Petra Molenda. She graduated from Superior Central High School. Bea fell in love and married Charlie on January 24, 1953. Once she became a mother she devoted her life to taking care of her family. Bea’s skills were many: her cooking, baking and sewing were exceptional. She taught and passed these onto her girls all the way down to her great granddaughter. Nothing was more important to her than knowing her family was taken care of. She loved celebrating holidays, birthdays, having family dinners or just spending time together. As a parent, she and Charlie put their children’s needs first and provided us with unconditional love and guidance. Bea had a heart of gold and was kind to all she knew. She lived her life with grace and dignity. The world was a better place because of the difference she made in so many lives.
