Dracut teacher placed on leave after giving students inappropriate survey

32 Dracut school officials have placed a high school teacher on administrative leave after the educator gave anatomy students a “highly inappropriate survey.” Dracut Superintendent Steven Stone said in a statement the district became aware of the survey late Friday afternoon and the incident is being “reviewed.”  “The district takes the health and well-being of students most seriously and has initiated a review of the matter,” he said. “The teacher has been placed on administrative leave pending that review.  Because this is a personnel matter, I cannot comment further at this time.” Rebecca Sullivan, who has children in the district, told Boston 25 News excerpts from the survey, with descriptions and questions involving sexuality, were posted on Facebook and “none of the questions were appropriate.”
