A Van Buren drugstore asked for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp., which stopped selling Manes controlled substances on Nov. 30.
The dispute began on Nov. 2, when the supplier told Super Sav Drug in Van Buren that it was concerned about the store s sales of controlled substances.
