2022 Ford Super Duty Builds on 2020 Redesign With New Tech, Style Upgrades

Ford announced upgrades to the 2022 Super Duty pickup trucks that target the trucks’ multimedia offerings as well as their paint and interior options. The heavy-duty pickups got their most recent update for the 2020 model year, but it didn’t come with Ford’s latest-and-greatest multimedia system, Sync 4, until now.

The updated ‘22 Super Duty trucks will feature the new 12-inch landscape-oriented touchscreen in the Lariat trim level and above, and will run Ford’s latest Sync 4 system the same one that’s also appearing in the redesigned 2021 F-150 and new Ford Mach-E. The new screen includes physical buttons below the display for quick access to often-used functions; it can perform a split-screen function to see navigation, music, truck features and the genuinely useful digital owner’s manual simultaneously.
