Super Drug Pharmacy hands over wheel chairs and face masks to the Health Ministry

Super Drug Pharmacy has today handed over more than 10 wheelchairs and 150 face masks to the Health Ministry in the fight against COVID-19.
Director of Super Drug Pharmacies Abhay Nand says they hope other companies are motivated and come on board and help the Ministry.
Nand says this is their contribution to the health care system.
He says while he was stuck in Australia for 11 months because of the COVID restrictions, he saw their health system had issues and that was where the private sector came in to help.

Super Drug Pharmacy director Abhay Nand handed over a consignment of wheelchairs and face masks to Fiji’s Health Minister Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete at their Nabua branch this morning.
Speaking to
The Fiji Times, he said Nabua had been making the news for all the wrong reasons recently and he hoped the assistance would help Fijians see the community in a different light.
He said said with the assistance of his staff and other ministries enabled the provision of 10 wheelchairs and face masks to the ministry.
