And so part of what is Going Forward is how do we improve outcomes in our Health Care System including doing things that are just coming online that turn out to be very costly but can do very wonderful things for people. Thats going to be very difficult, but we need to we need to work on every front and improving the efficiency of the delivery of health care is probably tops at the list of what we need to do.
