A LEADING housing developer donated a number of wooden honey dippers to a nursery in Northwich to mark World Bee Day (May 20). Sunrise Nursery is located close to the developer’s Dane View and Imperial Park II developments, have distributed the honey dippers to the children as part of lessons about the importance of bees to our planet’s ecosystem. Kayleigh Walton, Nursery Manager at Sunrise Nursery Northwich, said: The children at Sunrise Nursery Northwich spent World Bee Day learning all about bees and how important they are. They learned about the different body parts of a bee, where they live, how they help flowers to grow and how they make honey.
