McGrath began visiting Southwest Florida as a young child and relocated here permanently in 2012.
Before joining Coldwell Banker, McGrath was with Sunreal Estate, in Sarasota. In addition to assisting clients, she spent several years locating and viewing pre-foreclosed homes from Lee to Manatee counties. She also managed vacation rental properties.
Before moving to Florida, McGrath was a licensed real estate agent in Fairbanks, Alaska, and volunteered for a year creating an adult financial literacy education program that helped to create qualified homebuyers.

Originally from Yorkshire, England, she attended Newcastle University, earning a bachelor’s in sports science.
After that America was calling. She moved to Florida, working in management at Walt Disney’s Epcot and then on to Palm Desert, California, where she spent 28 years raising a family.
